• TDS Management: TDS certificate processing and compliance tracking

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

2.3 Service Modifications

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flick AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12. Termination

Step 1: Good Faith Negotiation Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation for 30 days.

Step 2: Mediation If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.

Step 3: Arbitration Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015, with proceedings in Bangalore, India.

14.3 Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, the courts of Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. General Provisions
